Neighbourhuud is our centre for Dao, Tantra & Birthwork based in Hove. We have a team of facilitators sharing their wisdom through events, courses and private sessions.

We’re on a mission to continue gathering a team of wise teachers who guide the exploration of ancient lineages whilst encouraging you to honour your body’s intuition.

We focus on Dao, Tantra & Birthwork because loving the body is central to these systems. They offer practices to help us have a spiritual yet grounded, full-spectrum human experience.
