Neighbourhuud Ltd
Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy
1. General Terms
Neighbourhuud Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") operates as a booking platform for courses, events, and private sessions held at Stockwell Lodge Studios, Unit 2e, Rear of 129-133, Conway Street, Hove, BN3 3LW. By booking a course, event, or private session with us, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Payment Terms
We accept payments via Squarespace Payments, including full upfront payments and installment plans.
If you choose to pay in full, your booking is secured immediately.
If you opt for our 3-month payment plan through Squarespace Subscriptions, you are committing to all three payments in full over three months. By selecting this option, you agree to complete the full payment plan.
Occasionally, if there are technical issues with Squarespace Payments, we may send you an invoice directly. In this case, all policies remain in effect.
Your place on the event, course, or private session is only confirmed once the first payment is received.
3. Code of Conduct
We want everyone to enjoy themselves at Neighbourhuud.
We foster a respectful and inclusive environment. Discriminatory or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event, course, or private session without refund.
All materials provided during our events, courses, or private sessions are the intellectual property of Neighbourhuud or the teacher and are for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability: Neighbourhuud is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during our events, courses, or private sessions, except where required by law.
4. Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in booking with us. Our refund policy is as follows:
Commitment to the Payment Plan: If you choose the installment option, you are committing to completing all three payments.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you attend all parts of an event, course, or private session, complete all at-home practices, ask for help from the teacher in writing, and still experience no positive improvement intended by the offering, you can submit a case and we will issue you a full refund.
Personal Circumstances: If you absolutely cannot attend your event, course, or private session due to personal circumstances, it is up to the discretion of the teacher as to whether you can transfer the credit to another event, course, or private session with them. Teachers reserve the full right to refuse offering credit and to request the full or a discounted payment for any event, course, or private session regardless of any payments already made. Credit cannot be used for offerings hosted by other facilitators at Neighbourhuud. Refunds will not be offered for personal circumstances.
All other circumstances: Payments are non-refundable. Failure to attend an event, course, or private session without prior notice will be considered a cancellation without refund.

Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments.
We will never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
